What OpenRouter does well

OpenRouter lets you call models from many companies through one OpenAI-compatible API. You do not need an account and payment method with every provider, and it can fall back to another provider when one is down.

It is a good fit when you want to try new models quickly or pay for many models in one place.

What ABTO does

ABTO focuses on learning which model suits your service from how your users respond. It splits users across models by the ratio you set, and when a payment or sign-up happens it records the model that answered that user.

You can then see payment rate and cost side by side for each model. If results are similar, you have a reason to move to the cheaper model.

Which one should you pick?

If calling and paying for many models in one place comes first, OpenRouter fits. If you want to know how switching models changes revenue and sign-ups, ABTO fits.
